Parent or legal guardian MUST accompany player or cheerleader at registration.
Bring the following REQUIRED information:
- Photocopies of all *2007-2008* FINAL school year report cards.

- ORIGINAL Birth Certificate OR Current Military ID OR Current Passport (and 1 copy)

- Proof of Residency, e.g. utility bill. Name of parent or legal guardian MUST appear on the proof of residency.

Please note that the Weight Requirements apply for football Only.
Cheer does however follow the same age requirements for team placement.
Payment Plan:
At LEAST half of the registration fees are due @ registration.
The balance is due NO LATER than first day of practice - NO EXCEPTIONS.
